GORGONZOLA CREAM SAUCE PASTA

pasta of your choice
1 cup nonfat half and half
1 cup gorgonzola cheese
1 T chopped anchovy
salt & pepper to taste
1. cook pasta according to a package.
2. pour non-fat half&half into a pan and cook at medium heat.
3. add Gorgonzola cheese and chopped anchovy to the pan and stir. add salt and pepper.
4. once the pasta is done, add to the sauce in the pan and stir.
